Bad debts:
In liquidation proceedings, the creditor shall issue a written declaration of irrecoverability - Act XLIX of 1991 on Bankruptcy and Liquidation Proceedings. TV. Section 46 (8) and Act C. of 2000 on Accounting. § 3 para. 10.) (c) - may request the liquidator if he proves the existence of his creditor's claim by sending a copy of his documents. It further states that its claim has not been assigned after the commencement date of the liquidation and states that it no longer wishes to participate in the proceedings as a creditor. He expressly requests the issuance of a declaration of irrecoverability and at the same time certifies the payment of the reimbursement.
